Escape the city limits when you enter through the private gates to this sprawling 5000+ square foot French-style chateau surrounded by 18 acres of mature grapevines known as Timmons Estate. Enjoy luxury amenities in a quiet and peaceful surroundings. The estate vineyard is operational and supplies our FireSky wine with Texas’s finest estate grapes. The chateau is within close proximity to many restaurants, shopping, entertainment, Texas Tech University, Lubbock Christian University, and major healthcare systems (UMC & Covenant).
About the space
The Chateau offers 4 bedrooms, each with king beds, locking doors, TVs, and fans.
There is a full kitchen, complete with cooking and eating utensils, and a pellet grill on the patio, available to you. There is also a Jacuzzi hot tub on the patio for your relaxation. Downstairs, enjoy a game of pool and an 80″ television. All TVs have complimentary Netflix and YouTube TV with local channels.
Guest access
You will have full access to house, patio and two of the three garage spaces. One garage space is reserved and locked for maintenance equipment needs. Owners, and assigns, reserve the right to enter vineyard area as necessary for operational purposes.
Other things to note
Parties are not allowed at this property. A violation of this policy will result in an immediate eviction, and you will be charged for any damages. We do not encourage bringing small children or infants. This property is not child protected and there are stairs within. The property is set up for adults and teen visitors. If you rent this property, you are agreeing to assume all liability for the people in your party per House Rules.
